Stack Design Build seeks to redefine the role of the "General Contractor" through modern methodology and process innovation. We believe that inferior buildings and greater costs are the inevitable consequences of the traditional Architect-Contractor relationship and Design-Bid-Build process. Instead, we believe that a collaborative building approach -through turnkey Design Build delivery or an Integrated Design process-is the means by which superior designs are
realized at best possible cost.
