Located in downtown Pawtucket, RI, just a stone’s-throw from the Stack DB office in the Riverfront Lofts
building, the former Boiler Room of the Lebanon Mills complex has tantalized many potential occupants
with its impressive scale and broad potential. Stack has been retained by the new owner for Design Build services to convert the former mechanical space into office and residential use. The space includes 29 foot
vaulted brick ceilings, double-height arched window and door systems leading onto a river overlook
terrace, and the base of the mill’s brick chimney stack. The project will include custom stair and platform
systems, salvaged re-used components and a wine cellar in the mill’s former oil-tank.
